Your whole life?!
: I meant that everybody feels good about Girls Generation, in that they do good work and everybody loves it. The way you worded it, I had no idea you were implying GG was bad work.
I was trying to be a tricky tricky trickster!!!! ~_^ ^_^_^_^_^_^
I'm not sure if I prefer Gee or The Boys better. I used to think Gee probably, but after hearing that, it's definitely somewhere close! Did Girls Generation win the Super Bowl?!? I saw them holding a football!!! Also, I hope this GG member isn't feeling too sick lol :(

When I hear the sound I felt like this picture, slowly sinking in the ocean, surrounded by rising bubbles. Or in a cave with dripping stalactites. Greg pictured entering a dark forest. Sorry if I'm being a bit rambly, but for some reason I feel like sharing :p. Anyways, it's called Eve because with the keyboard I added, the sound turned very dark and conjured images of Eve accepting the apple, bla bla bla :)
Hot dog yay! Gave me a semi-eerie feeling—like it'd be good to be playing during a dark movie/tv show. Ramble on yo! SHARING IS CARING. ^_^
: I told Greg about that, and we agreed it could be an opener to another song/movement. However... it came out more "chill"! It sounds really good and I hope it will keep the listener hooked :) ;We haven't recorded it yet. Sometimes it's hard to work with him cuz he doesn't really pay attention to mastering and just wants to play and record with whatever settings on the amp, when I'm kind of a perfectionist who could sit there and tweak all the software settings, take multiple recordings until the sound is perfect. But I guess that's where demo gets us off the hook.
The first time I listened to it, I kept thinking of it as an opener, but the on the second listen I got into it a lot more and thought of it as a full song. There's a lot of music that I don't really "get" the first time around. Happens a lot when someone releases a new album, and I'm okay with it, but after a few listens absolutely love it! I should probably learn more about mastering *blush* Wanting to perfect something is completely understandable though—gotta be super proud of your work!
: I actually saw Modest Mouse a month or so ago :o I went with three other yuppies who were MM junkies and were talking about how they've been listening to them for weeks before the event. I on the other hand... did not. Just thought I should see them since I used to be their biggest fan. They were pretty good! Some drunk couple kept starting fights though :p
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! I heard "Float On" in some commercial or something a few days ago and was thinking about how that's actually a pretty great song. I used to be eh with it because it used to get played so much. The video's neat as well if I'm remembering correctly! There's usually always some people in the crowd that make something go wrong :(
: Lol, we're having disagreements on the band name. Also, the fact we're not really a band-- we "have" a bassist, but he comes to jam rarely as he's in college and we're still seniors. So it's mostly just us. And we have our own bass lol.
Names for things can be a pain. It's gotta stick and be something everyone loves. At least you have someone! Maybe one of you can start rockin' the bass ;D
ALSO! On the picture thingy—the link got messed up because I was changing all links to include http://www. as a prefix; I should probably just make the http:// required rather than forcing the whole thing. And fix links Joel! Work!
: If you do that, then nobody will post on Harryjarry anymore.
I don't want that!!! :(
: ALSO, Girls Generation is going to be on David Letterman tonight. Tune in to watch the best performance ever.
:O whoa whoa whoa! Are you tuning in!??!?!
: Yes. You and everybody in the world feels good about Girls Generation's work.
I put this quote at the bottom because I'm replying with the help of an image! So if I feel good about bad work and I feel good about Girls Generation work, does that mean Girls Generation are bad??!?!?
Love them! Burning Angels works fantastic as a full song, but I think it could also be a super intro for a heavier song—not saying all songs need to be heavy, but I had that thought in my head! After listening to it again it sounds more full than what I remembered at first ^_^ Sunday and Mycosis Psychosis both worked really well too!

I probably wouldn't have thought about that at first, but I kept that in mind and could hear that a bit (I think!). It's been awhile since I've listened to them *blush*

Keep it up yo! You're rockin!
: lol. I'd like to hear these professionally recorded with bass and other instruments and maybe even vox!
THE GREG AND NICK BAND! I think we'd all like to hear that too! Go go go!!!

That's not what this side-by-side comparison shows :/

It wouldn't be so close to home and near the bone if they'd just HAVE THE BABIES ALREADY!!! The babies will eventually leave home and their bodies!!! Those girls sure are silly!!!!
