For awhile I have been planning on creating some sort of a new layout, it wasn't really that I wanted a new look but mostly for loading times and to get rid of tables.

The current layout also doesn't work perfectly in all browsers, most of it looks the same but there are some minor differences (There are a few in the forum's layout in IE).

This new layout that I have been working on looks the exact same in IE, Opera and Firefox. I can't test with Mac browsers but I am pretty sure they have the same look.

Anyway here is the foundation for a new layout.

I might make something of them later, at the top you should see something like '/section name/' in a link. I should probably make them more visible though.

Images are good and all but sometimes they are a pain to update quickly ;).

You mean attach pictures you made in paint?

You should be able to, as long as it fits all of the requirements for size and stuff.

when you save it make sure it is a .jpg/.jpeg, .png or .gif file.

What is the file's extension? Like your picture's full name 'picture.extension'.

what is the width of it? I will increase the file width/height limits.

I planned on doing it earlier and then just have a thumbnail of the image so you could click it to view the whole image.
